Housing Fees & Payments

Housing payment amounts will vary depending upon the type of accommodation and meal plan you select. All payments begin with an $800 initial payment due at the time you submit your License Agreement. The initial payment is credited toward your total cost and is not a deposit. You have the option of paying the remaining amount in eight payments, September through April, or you may make as many payments as you like in advance. Aztec Corner will have eleven remaining payments, September through July, and these payments can also be made in advance.

Returning residents are guaranteed a space in on-campus housing when a completed License Agreement is received and processed by the Office of Housing Administration by Monday, April 6, 2009. See How to Apply for more information.
